Re: The AFN Star Wars Cantina Social Thread

^^ Thanks! I think that would've been a good way to end things. Can't really think of anything I'd have done differently if it'd been me writing the RC books.

Re: The AFN Star Wars Cantina Social Thread

So, I got to see Lego Star Wars: The Padawan Menace last night and I've got to say I was pleasently surprised.

Vader was awesome when he showed up and his banter with George Lucas was great! And FINALLY Jarr Jarr got what he deserved!!!

I'd have had a little bit less of a happy ending. Not that she wasn't going to but it seems like every character was to ride off into the sunset in a happy way.

I always have wondered how Kal would react to Ordo getting killed.

Well I guess it is a backwards spoiler in a way, sorry about that.

It's what I would have done, but I'm kinda bloodthirsty.

Re: The AFN Star Wars Cantina Social Thread

Finished FOTJ Ascension. I really liked it. Like all of Golden's previous entries there are a ton of grammar errors, miss spelling and flat out screw ups(like calling a Tie Defender a Tie Destroyer), but her plots move with purpose and we get an awesome showdown in the Meridian Sector between Imperial factions vying for control of the Empire.

The Prototype Armor Boba Fett is starting to arrive in mailboxes, at least in the USA.

Re: The AFN Star Wars Cantina Social Thread

I picked up Invasion 3 & 4 as well as Out in the Wilderness 2. Invasion #4 has a great battle between the Vong and the Republic/Empire. Good stuff.
