Update: mine just arrived, showed up without any kind of shipment email.

Finally got my Lizard. Had a weird instance where my package was shelved but never actually processed "ready for pickup." The guy was helpful and got the package ready for me.

I've gotta say, I was originally iffy, but this is an awesome figure.

I ordered my Lizard for a store Pick up. You think I should just check the store if they have it and don't rely on an email?

I wouldn't rely on getting an email. I just checked my account and my Lizard order still says "In progress" even though I received my order days ago.

Call the store and find out if it's waiting for you.

Thing is I signed out as a guest. I called my store and there's nothing yet. Also, I tried checking my credit card and my last few transactions are not recorded. So I can't confirm if it was charged yet.

After a couple of missed/problematic transactions with "In Store Pick Up" I stopped using that method. It became way too unreliable.



One of the last straws was when I ordered a MOTU:O Castle Grayskull, and one day I went to my local Walmart to pick up some items and they had 2 Castle Grayskulls on the shelf while I was still waiting for mine to "ship." After talking to customer service in the store, and on the phone, I was told I had to wait until it was "shipped." So 2 weeks later still nothing, but CG was still on the shelf at my local Walmart. I called again and CS just cancelled my order because they couldn't do anything for me.


That was basically the last straw, and now I don't bother with in store pick up anymore. Plus I find I get my items faster with direct shipping to my house.

Is there anyone who got their Lizard from the west coast of Canada? Because I'm mostly hearing ones from the east and I'm wonder if maybe it's taking time to deliver to store.
