This was back in the day, when marvel would make a 4 comic miniseries based off a Canadian safety program, with issues where the Frightful Four are defeated at the Calgary Stampede, Electro takes a hockey puck to the face, the Chameleon steals a science fair project, and Ghost Rider punishes some dude for hitting a kid on his way to the blue jays game. Yes, a demonic vengeance spirit with a flaming skull for a head telling kids to wear their bike helmets.
