I modified the ball joint. The joint is really weird but it's very long. I boiled and popped the torso off and drilled the socket in the torso deeper, almost to her shoulder joints and shoved the peg into the deeper hole. Also used Vel Sartha upper legs to make her even slightly more short.
I modified the ball joint. The joint is really weird but it's very long. I boiled and popped the torso off and drilled the socket in the torso deeper, almost to her shoulder joints and shoved the peg into the deeper hole. Also used Vel Sartha upper legs to make her even slightly more short.
You can also switch out the thighs with either Koska Reeves, or Sabine Wren's to make her shorter. The skirt hides the detail of the legs if you're just got her posed in a standing position.
Mine is still fully posable, and I didn't want to get more figures to use just the thighs. I already had an extra Vel, and using the Shin thighs on the custom I made works well enough so I don't waste the Vel.
Got the Mando Fleet Commander yesterday at Gamestop. The guy is tall! He's taller than Baylan. Here's some pics. The helmet on mine fits ok, but is big. The bottom seems slanted to make it stay on his head.

Hard to see, but I never noticed he had a V painted on the front forehead area of the helmet.
