Amazon.com was getting ready to ship Zarana wave, but canceled that since GS should have them out here soon.

I decided to exchange my Amazon Viper set to see if I'll get a correct skin tone Viper. It says if I don't mail back the original one within a certain time frame, they'll charge me what I originally paid for the replacement. Based on that, if I wanted to keep it, does that mean I get the 2nd set for the sale price?

Just order a new one then return the defective set on the newer order. Problem solved...hopefully.

Got Dusty in-store today off the shelf, but they never called me for my ISPU for it. Not sure where the other 2 for ISPU were...

I meant that I bought it on sale and it's not on sale now. Just seemed to me like a loophole to get your own sale price...haha.

That loophole is exactly what sixshot1981 is suggesting. Not your fault they sent you a defective item. And their CS can sometimes be a hassle.
