They have announced the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 1990 Movie “The Capture of Splinter” 7″ Scale Figure Set. This exclusive set includes 7″ scale versions of Shredder, two Foot soldiers and Splinter! Also included is an assortment of weapons, a wood crate, shackles, interchangeable hands, and a weapon rack.
