Today I was lucky enough to find MU paperbag Spidey at an LCS for $15!! So Happy to find this. I found it at Taz Comics in Burnaby.

While doing the last of my Christmas shopping I found a Wave 16 Republic Trooper in the wild at a WM as well as a Commander Wolffe Phase III at TRU and an Emperor's Royal Guard at my one comic shop.

I ordered a whole case of that wave from my LCS, I called and it had come in.....they also told me that they had opened my case and sold both of my paperbag spideys to a guy that saw it behind the counter. They told me I didn't have to pay full price for the case now. I told them Im not buying it now.

Hey Matrix. I can't believe that you ordered a caselot from these guys, and they have the gull to not just open it, but to take out the desirable figures and sell them off, and then offer you the peg warmers? That's BS. I hope that they aren't the only LCS in your area.

Thanks. The only one in my city and they sold them off for $14.99 too, I'll be doing my comic book shopping in the comic shop in the next city over which is an hour long round trip with no traffic but when do you ever get "no traffic" when you are going someplace you need to. The good thing is that the new place will charge me "US" pricing and not the "Canadian" even though we are at parity...I buy 15 titles a week plus figs so the savings should even out with the gas cost.

That's the most retarded thing I have ever heard! Why would they open a customer's ordered case? I wouldn't shop there ever again as well.
