No even worse I got the "we are dedicated to making quality products." Responses followed by a return it to us for a full refund, because they don't have access to any stock since they aren't Hasbro pulse.
I sent them a response that they clearly don't care about QC or I wouldn't have to contact you. And you all work for the same company so you can get in touch with them and get me a new figure then I'll return the broken one.
Haven't heard back from them yet.
They also no longer have the chat function. It says m-f 8am-8am.
