Toys R Us online allows orders up to 5. If you are mad at him, complain to the website.

Just a heads up I did an in store pick up for Red Hulk at Cross Iron. At first they lied and said they'd cancel my order because the truck was coming in tomorrow, (this was available for pick up at an Edmonton store... never received a follow up cancellation email, i called and they said they just manually cancelled the order for whatever reason). I re-ordered on the website for in-store pick up at Cross Iron and surprise surprise I get a pick up email 10 minutes later.

... Seems like stores are hoarding them.

Sounds like you are probably dealing with someone who is more stupid/lazy than malicious.
