Does anyone have 3rd party accessories to recommend? I was looking at marauderinc, but they're advertising a 4 week delay on orders.

That’s your best choice, other options are expensive. The guns from the soldier force series at Toysrus often work. I spent a bunch on uzis and mp5s from an eBay seller. They were nice, Black, a touch big, made of resin and fragile. One day I looked at the guns from my sons C130 plane soldier accessories. They were exactly the same guns except in soft grey plastic. So just stick with Marauder.

For Snake Eye’s Uzi I painted the uzi from a Dollar Tree army guy black. They could be worth a look just due to price.
My other add ons are finds Ive made at Value Village over the years, so no idea where to get them.
