I hope you're right. Some of the Hasbro figures had some hike ups in Canada which the US didn't have to pay. For example, for the Transformers line, Rodimus Prime, who is Leader class figure, was priced at $80 USD at American retailers (which is about $100 CAD). All the major Canadian retailers though have it priced at $120 CAD. This seems to be a trend with Hasbro figures.
The reason why I chose this example is because sometimes the US retail price doesn't convert to what it sells for in Canada. I could be completely wrong about this though, lol.
