I was looking for new Star Wars Black Series and Toys R us in Bayview is CLOSING. Most of the shelves are empty. They said they are an underperforming TRU and sadly they will close. No nothing new for Star Wars

If you are looking for a pearlized Jet Trooper and live near Waterdown, Ontario, Treasure Hunt had an entire endcap of "carbonised" Black Series 99 Jet Troopers as of Sunday July 05. They are going for around $10 each.

Is that the TRU at Hilda & Steeles in Thornhill that's closing? Or the one on High Tech Rd in Richmond Hill?

A friend told me the High Tech one was closing, he was there. I don't know about the Hilda store, but I was told years ago by a pal who worked there that the Hilda store was an underperformer compared to other stores e.g. those inside malls.

I don't know what's happening right now. We have not yet seen Plo Koon or AOTC Obi Wan in Canada yet. And I'm not sure if I trust EB Games release date for Beskar Mando, Teebo or Ackbar for July 30th.

The date might be wrong, but that Episode 2 wave hasn’t come out at all. I’ve only gotten the shipping notice for the Battle Droid from that wave, and everything else lists it as preorder.
