Are You Going To See The Phantom Menace in 3D?

I'm more interested in seeing it for the technical aspects of the film, I'm curious to see if the 3D effect actually DOES anything on a film made in 1999, where the technology was barely a dream in someone's eye.

It'll probably suck, but at least I'll get to see SW on the big screen again. Personally I think Lucas should have just re-released the Clone Wars film, at least that being a CGI cartoon could be easily rendered in the 3D side of things. And not look like crap.

What's next? The Ewok movies being re-released in 3D so that Hasbro can milk more of their Toy Franchise? At least the Ewok Movies might be fun to see toys appear, I've always kind of wanted that blonde kid as a toy.

I don't want them released in 3D, but more Ewoks figures would be awesome. So far we've had Teek and the female Ewok Shamanette, but both were exclusive to Star Tours.

I'd jump at a whole line of these.

No point in seeing it since I already have the movie at home.

I can hardly wait for people to scream "George Lucas raped my childhood" after they see the movie.

No, the two live action Ewok films. The Ewok Adventure and Battle For Endor.

Yeah, I'll be going. Taking my 5 year old son along, he is pretty excited! I am aware of all the flaws that TPM has and how most fans feel about the whole thing, but I have always enjoyed it for some reason.
