Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths
Anyone see this yet? I thought it was fantastic. The animation looked great, and the story was pretty decent. I thought it was very Watchmen-esque in terms of the whole ending storyline. Also had some brilliant casting.
At any rate, I don't want to give away anything just in case people haven't seen it yet. I guess it doesn't come out for a few more days officially.

Re: Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths
LOL, I saw it and, although I didn't want to like it since Kevin Conroy (Batman) and Clancy Brown (Lex Luthor) and Tom Daly (Superman) weren't reprising their roles from previous DC Universe pieces, I really did!
It was great! Awesome story, good visuals and animation and *sigh* good voice acting. All in all, another awesome DC offering and I now eagerly await Batman: Under the Red Hood!

Re: Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths
Yeah, really looking forward to Under the Red Hood. These DC direct to DVD movies are turning out to be pretty awesome. Better than the marvel ones, IMO. I thought James Woods as Owlman was brilliant. My only beef is Superman looked kinda boyish, but other than that, no problems with character design. I thought Wonder Woman (tall and muscular without being manish - exactly how I picture her) and Batman (love the short ears) looked the best.

Re: Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths
Agreed! Woods was fantastic, absolutely fantastic in the role of Owlman and the designs for Wonder Woman and Bats were fantastic! I really enjoyed how the Syndicate was portrayed as a mob family, just like the original comic it was based upon! The overall tone of the film reminded me of a mix of The Godfather and Watchmen, it was spectacular!
Like I said, the only thing that could've made it better would have been the classic voice actors for these characters, but Andrea Romano knows what she's doing and, once again, DC did not disappoint!

Re: Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths
Agreed. Bats and Supes just aren't the same without those actors. The new cast did well though.

Re: Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths
Agreed! Not the same, but still, they all did very well! My cousin text me this morning around 10:00 and he'd already picked it up on DVD.
Hope to get out some time late this week to grab it myself.

Re: Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths
Was going to grab it tonight, but I felt like crap after work and came straight home and flopped down on the couch.
