I'm pretty sure all the Psycho rangers will receive a retail release. We even got a Psycho Green coming.
I think the SDCC exclusive will contain some kind of exclusive weapons or accessories.

I only heard Green Psycho was a Hasbro Pulse Exclusive. Never said anything about a international release. But the 5 Psycho pack I desperately want to know where to find and purchase.

I have bought from canucktibles.ca for both my Green Ranger/Putty 2 pack and Lost Galaxy Red Ranger/Psycho Red 2 pack, Great Service and worth it.

Could the psycho pack be a SDCC exclusive leak? Given that I can't find any other info besides the picture - it could be possible. If that's the case it could be a little bit easier to get since SDCC is cancelled this year. Easier to get, but not cheap I'm sure.

WalMart in Ajax got in the 3rd Lightning Collection wave with MMPR Red, Dino Thunder Gold and Beast Morpher Blue. Drakkon was gone plus they had 3 Magna Defenders and they're split in 3 different places in the toy section, front of toy aisle and rear of toy aisle. That store sucks for stock turnover! TRU Pickering had 1 Lord Zedd if anyone needs him.
