Target Canada Temporary Price Cuts

It looks like Target Canada stores have quietly made price cuts on some toys.
  • 15% off DC Unlimited and Batman Unlimited figures. With the temporary price cut being valid from May 10th to May 30th.
  • Star Wars Vintage Collection figures have been reduced to $7.89 each. This looks to be a permanent change, as it wasn't flagged as a temporary price cut.

Interesting, looks like I'll be able to price adjust my first ever purchase at a Target for my Vintage Gamorrean Guard, provided their policy allows for such a thing.

Re: Target Canada Temporary Price Cuts

Got my Star Wars figures adjusted today. Since my local Target just opened recently, it took them awhile to figure out how to do it.

I don't think this will be permanent. It will liekly end when the Walmart rollback on the Star Wars figures do.

Or when 'Black' comes out.

I was looking at the DC sign, says it'll go until the end of the month. Although the store i went too didn't have the prices adjusted in the system, had to wait for them to find the sign in the isle.

Re: Target Canada Temporary Price Cuts

My local store has been out of stock ever since the price cut started. They never restocked.

Re: Target Canada Temporary Price Cuts

i've checked out a few of them and they still ring up full retail and unless there was a tag somewhere on the pegs of the discount, don't count on a lower price

Yeah, I guess you have to show them proof that there was a price cut for the figures if the store haven't adjusted the prices in their system.

I also noticed my local Target removed the temporary discount tags. I guess the price cut is over now. I wonder if the pegs will suddenly be filled with figures come next week.
