I just need both the GLs and Steppenwolf to finish up Kilowag and the wave.

Mayhaps I need to give the other pieces in the line a closer look, Shark is already starting to rub off on me.

I never picked up Steppenwolf cause I don't know too much about the character, but the more I look at the green version, the more I want to go pick it up.

Yeah dude, Shark is very cool. Question and Deadman are also very awesome, and I don't know much about either of them either.

I have a rule in collecting where I have to reasonably care about or even know about the characters I buy (to keep it under control as I so can not afford completism). Despite this rule, Question and Deadman are in my display (sure I needed them for Kilowog, but I didn't get rid of them as I originally intended, cause they are really cool).

Was also thinking Deadman's head would be wicked for a member of the Sinestro Corps. May pick up the regular version (I nabbed the variant) for just that reason (and to attempt to use the buck for a new Sinestro).

I have the same rule. Being a HIGE Batman fan, of course they'll find their way into my collection as will any subsequent Batman characters such as Batgirl, Riddler or Azrael. Same goes for characters like Green Lantern and Blue Beetle. Whereas, characters that I don't know about like Deadman and Question (I know a bit since Rene Montoya is now Question in the Batman mythos), or characters I just don't care about like Superman or Hawkman, are completely passed by. Otherwise, my wallet would kick my butt.

$25.99??? That would be more than $100 for just 4 of the figures before tax...Yikes!

What's next...G.I. Joe or Star Wars figures for $50 each? lol

Re: DC Universe Classics Wave 11 at Canadian Retail

Not that it will do any good, but I think we should all complain to TRU Canada and ask them to justify that price increase, especially when DCUC only costs $12.97 at TRU stores in the U.S.

Not even PayPal's exchange rate is that bad....

Re: DC Universe Classics Wave 11 at Canadian Retail

Not that I'm justifying the price of DCUC, but I know that DCUC in the states was to be increased to around 14.99. I don't know if that has been changed yet, but for us to pay $10 more is outragious. and I thought the 16.99 was steep.
