Yeah for sure. Still kind of bummed as there were improvements to Dark Knight and The Batman, but I can get over it.

You can't improve the dark knight suit... it's just ugly 
The Batman I have mix feelings as the design almost has the cape with a colar and the fabric cape breaks apart the sculpt more noticable than the other suits.

The suit is fine it's just McFarlane can't make it look good in figure form with his budget and tech. The Mafex 3.0 Dark Knight Rises Batman figure looks amazing.

I saw a few of them in-store, but the Superman and Batman figures were gone. Just had the robot and skeleton guy. They also shipped online orders. Mine's in one of the many, many packages I received recently.

When I picked my set up in store in Ajax they had about 5 extras on the shelf including Superman and some others too.
