Looks like its not an exclusive anymore. DJC collectibles is also offering the figures

Seeing how some McFarlane Toy Store exclusives are only exclusive to the website in the U.S. but not in Canada, hopefully the Crisis wave will be one of those situations (and not like the case with Catman or the black Wally West Kid Flash, which were literally only available from McFarlane Toys).

Actually a local comic shop, Heroes, in Laval QC. had Catman. I believe it’s more a question of which distributer the store uses. They also got in the McFarlane SDCC Batman with the shading. Only charged $39.99 for it too! That was a great day. Here’s the link to their Facebook page

According to Toynewsi.com, that pic is of the chase Platinum Edition variant of the movie Catwoman.

No info yet on what the regular version will look like, but it doesn't sound as if the regular will be an exclusive figure.

Toynewsi also released preview pics of the upcoming Target exclusive figures of Cassandra Cain Batgirl and Rival (enemy of Jay Garrick).
