Re: Marvel Legends discussion

Hmm that’s strange - that usually only happens when I get stuff from EBay from the US. A Canada Post shipping number is created, but only activated once Canada Post gets it from USPS. Never heard of Amazon doing this tho.

Great. Lol

I don’t want the figure anymore, but Amazon said they can’t cancel it, and Canada Post says I can refuse it upon delivery and it will get returned...but it’s just stuck in limbo now and I’ve been charged for it!
Might have to get back on the chat with Amazon...

My Morph is in the same boat... going to check if Canada Post still has it and will hopefully get a refund from Amazon...

Cost from Hasbro is higher on these, no additional profit on the retailer side.

Apologies, I meant manufacturing cost.

Re: Marvel Legends discussion

Just get ready, this is just the beginning. Once the new $35 price point is "accepted" we will see it across all Hasbro 6" figures sometime next year.

I'm almost certain this won't be the case, as we have seen in the past with the 10th Anniversary MCU figures, and a large portion of the 80th figures, they were a higher price point, they tend to mark the price up for these "special" series, but not the mass retail waves, and as we know EBgames marks up their exclusives such as Cowboy hat logan who was 39.99, and Infamous Iron Doom who was 34. 99 , I don't think anyone should worry about the standard releases going up in price, we would have seen this go down already if it were the case, it's just these special figures that demand higher price points

hey since you are here posting, curious if there is any news/hopes that we might be seeing the Retro Spidey and Deadpool waves releasing soon? , since a lot of stores have been receiving them even in Canada

Re: Marvel Legends discussion

Cable went up for preorders on the Wal-Mart US site as well as Venomized Captain America. I guess if the border reopens by then and they dont pop up locally I have an extra set I am willing to let go of at cost.

Also the prices are about the same as the First Ten Years solo packs (Ronan, Red Skull, Iron Man Avengers Film) etc. (34.99)

Prices haven't increased (yet). Thankfully.

Re: Marvel Legends discussion

They haven't increased the price on standard Marvel Legends since 2011. That's like 9 years.

Premium figures are $25 USD or $34.99

and standard figures per assortment are still $19.99 USD or $29.99

if anyone spots the BEST OF AVENGERS WAVE at TOYS R US or any local retailer please let us know.

The unreleased Black Widow End Game is re-packaged in that wave.

the BAF is a repackaged END GAME THANOS. All the other figures are re-released.
