Thankfully I skip a lot, but even with being selective I've spent way more than I expected the past couple years. Mainly because I love the product and I've been buying some characters I didn't plan to because they turned out so nice.

I guess they want to strike while the iron is hot, but I wonder what the saturation point will be. Not many people can spend at that rate long term. I know I can't.
Sadly we are just a number to any Corporation, especially a publicly traded one that only answers to the share holders. The shareholders just want profits year over year.

Re: G.I. Joe Classified Series 6 inch discussion

past couple years I adjusted my collecting greatly as a result of how everything is turning out in terms how much is put out and the terrible economy.

my TF collecting came to a near full stop and now I am 2 character releases away from retiring it entirely.

my TBS collection was downsized by 90% or more and is retired and stored away.

my Marvel Legends symbiote collection is now retired and I will be putting those away to make room for my classified collection.

I decided to only focus on Cobra for my classified collection and got rid of all my Joes (2 exceptions made). I also see an actual end in sight for this collection at the rate they are releasing figures.

At this point I'm basically collecting Cobra Classified only and skipping out on python patrol stuff. Over all the industry has slowly been losing me as a customer.

My shooter was delayed last week but now is waiting to be picked up by courier so similar delay to Big Ben and range vipers.

My Alley Viper just shipped today. I ordered him last week. Still watiing for the Mole Rat to ship, ordered at the same time.

I got my Shooter the other day though. Really like her.

The scarf was from another figure. Just liked how it looks on her.

Re: G.I. Joe Classified Series 6 inch discussion

Got an email yesterday from hasbro pulse about Cobra Hiss fire team 788, 110, being delays to december 15th.

Also, wonder if Hiss tank will ship before the end of the year?

And Python Patrol Tele-Viper & Cobra Flight Pod, Python Patrol Cobra Officer, Python Patrol Cobra Copperhead should arrive soon in Toysrus in Canada.
