Re: Haslab Projects General Discussion
You all heard canprime, time to pack it up! It's all downhill from her.....crap. 14,969 as of 7pm. There's a chance it'll hit 15000 tonight. A slim chance. Not holding out much hope really. Snowball chance really.
(c'mon 31 more backers!)

Well there we go. Tier 2 unlocked, and back to triple digit gains. I guess yesterday was a bit of an anomaly. Talk about a no drama Haslab project.

Didn't we already get the proton pack? I thought the only difference is they added the inner parts design from Afterlife.
So it won't sell like hot cakes if it's a rerun.

There's other changes made for the movie, extra wires that are molded into the pack and can't be easily changed and other subtle things that GB fans would notice. It's different enough to justify a new release but si.ar enough thay a lot of tooling done for the existing pack could be used for the 84 one to save Hasbro money.

Would that be enough to get the casual fans to buy? I know I won't because I already backed the first Proton Pack and it's great. I also don't have the space for another giant backpack size accessory of basically the same thing.
I could go for another HasLab for the Ecto Goggles and maybe the Real Ghostbusters PKE meter. Really can't think of another GB prop that would be great for a HasLab.

Re: Haslab Projects General Discussion
Given the demand for the Spirit packs and what the Hasbro packs go for on the secondary market there's certainly a demand. I'm sure a good portion of the Ghostbusters die hard fandom would back a second pack, though I suppose it would depend on price. I have a feeling if they did one today it would be quite a bit more.
