I'm still kicking myself for not going in on that set then but unfortunately I was on the fence on whether I wanted to collect the line anymore at the time. The set came out in 2020 I believe.

Looking at the Alien Rangers. Not sure if I should just get them off Amazon.com or wait and see if it'll drop on Amazon.ca. Currently, after taxes and shipping, it's about $122 CDN on .com compared to the $144 + tax on .ca.

i would just wait unless you need them now. i cant see the alien ranger set selling well at 144 especially with the future of the line being uncertain.

$122 CAD is a fair price for the set.
However, I'm not familiar with the return process for Amazon.com when ordering from Canada. I would be cautious getting a set of five Hasbro figures without an easy way to exchange in case they have QC issues. *Though my set was fine, and I haven't seen anything egregious from others.

Seems like their return policy is better than the Canadian. With .ca, you need to pay return shipping if you just change your mind. At .com, you can return for free for any reason, even internationally. Just need to make sure I buy from Amazon and not a 3rd party seller.

Temping to get these Amazon com. Looks like they're cheaper now with duty etc. Do you think the CDN ones will go much cheaper than this?
Looks like a little bit cheaper than what the poster above posted at about $113-$114 w/ taxes/import fees now.
