Start on the Contact Us page.
Fill out the "Tell us more" section.
Once you do, they'll show you the option for live chat.
Also, my point was that it doesn't matter if they get low stock. They should fill out the preorders first.

Thanks for the info, hopefully Live chat is faster and better than phone but don't you need a Camera on your PC or laptop to perform live chat? I heard it is not possible on a cell phone. Last time I called Amazon was before the pandemic and lock down and the Rep told me that the App is very very limited and that if you want 100% of their website or to do more options use a big desktop computer or laptop.
Also like I said earlier Amazon and Toys R us should and send out pre-orders for those that per-ordered first in January and not those that ordered at a later time. Because what ever happened to First come First serve and what is the point of pre-ordering an item to have it put on hold for someone else who just ordered it in April when you order it in January and March. Sadly because 1 Yellow Ranger per case it poses a problem for retailers to order so many just to have 1 figure to send per person. Hasbro got to step up or sit down! There is no point for this and I believe everyone should have an opportunity to get Yellow Ranger no matter on limited stock or not.

Live chat is just a messaging system. No camera is needed. The live part is that you're connected directly to a CSR who chats with you in real time.

So I just received my Yellow Ranger today (The one I ordered mid April, not my pre-order from January).
And it has white paint splotched on the torso. I contacted Hasbro’s customer service about it, and they are out of stock so can’t send me a replacement (of course).
Anyway while I had them on the live chat I asked about the Amazon pre-order fiasco. They said it’s nothing to do with them (Hasbro) so it’s an Amazon issue. Didn’t someone here say that Amazon said it’s a Hasbro issue...??

Total bs, retailers other than Amazon still haven't shipped their MMPR Yellow figures, like Big Bad Toy Store.
These low stock problems happen across all of their main lines, but the stock issue is even worse with the Lightning Collection.

The good news is I had some acetone on hand from customizing so I was able to remove the paint fairly easily and cleanly.
But still, it was probably the worst paint mishap I’d seen on a $30 action figure. Not cool!
