Re: Post your Action Figure hauls!

I just picked up the True Heroes C130 while it was on sale at TRU. My friend texted me that is was available. When I asked him how big is it, his answer was "Big enough to be cool!"

Which it is. It is a great scale for G.I. Joe figures. Now I have to try and find a place to put it. It's pretty big.

Nice score on the HISS for $7! I was just at the local London Drugs and they had nothing. I'm still hoping they get their usual Chap Mei sets in for Christmas.

Re: Post your Action Figure hauls!

Picked up VC Kit Fisto from Wal-Mart, all the tags said 7.92$ and it rung up as 9.92, but I got it for the tagged price. Should I have pressed the issue to get it for five bucks as per government regulations?

Also scored MARS Industries Troopers 3-Pack. Gotta save up some cash to pick up a few more items before they clear out all of those excess RoC Vehicles and stuff.

Well, I thought there was some regulation that if an item is 10$ or more, but the tag says otherwise when it rings up that the store is supposed to offer it to you for 5$ due to the error in pricing?

I'm not sure if I'm explaining this right. But basically, if the tage were to read 2.98$ for SW figures, and this tag was on all the pegs where the figures are, but when you get to the cash register it rings up as 9.98$ or whatever, then the store is advertising a false price and must be taken to task for this failure to advertize pricing correctly.

Or something like that, it's like to protect the consumer from false advertizing I think.

I dont think Walmart follows scanning code of practice and if they do, than if it's under $10 you get it for free!
