This. Clayface is just... it just wouldn't work. Or at least I don't see how it could.

Re: DC Universe Movie discussion

Agreed, Clayface wouldn't fit into the real-life feel of Nolan's Bat-verse, but I've got to say....it's one villian I think is dying for the movie-verse treatment!

And in movie news today, director Zack Snyder says: "My Superman Will be Different!"

Thanks, comicbookmovie for the heads-up!

Re: DC Universe Movie discussion

I really, really hope they don't do Superman's early years. Everyone knows the back story. And as much of a fan of Superman I am (he's my favorite character of all time), I am bored to death of his back story. I want Superman to smash shit. Make things go boom. The best part of Superman Returns was the airplane sequence.

Re: DC Universe Movie discussion

Backstage and comicbookmovie.com have come across some info stating that principal photography on The Dark Knight Rises will begin in April in New Orleans, Louisiana.

http://www.comicbookmovie.com/fansit.../news/?a=25017

And that shooting will once again take place in Chicago where the first two films had the majority of the filming done!

Thanks for passing the info along!

Re: DC Universe Movie discussion

Thanks to Deadline and comicbookmovie.com, we have word that Mr. Nolan is meeting with six new actresses to fulfill both the love interest and villian roles in The Dark Knight Rises.

The six actresses being met with are:

Rachel Weisz
Naomi Watts
Blake Lively
Natalie Portman
Anne Hathaway
Keira Knightley

Who are these lovely ladies competing for the role as? Julie Madison? Selina Kyle? Talia Al Ghul? Only time will tell!

You can read the story here, and thanks to comicbookmovie for dropping a line!

Re: DC Universe Movie discussion

Clayface would be epic for this franchise!!!!! He deserves a push and would work, especially how dark of a character he is. If this is the final Nolan DK.

Plus they need a CGI villain to end the Joker train as i call it.
