Is my Joe broken? Please help!

Just got this guy yesterday, and his legs are really wiggly and loose, are all of them like that?
Also he has a tiny gap in one of his legs...
This guy was really hard to find and I really don't want to hunt for another, and I'm broke at the moment.

Sometimes Joe limbs are a bit loose. Nothing to worry about.

Pud says right. It's the luck of the draw. Sometimes they come night and tight and perfect, other time, loose as all hell.

My wave 4 Roadblock and Gung Ho were so loose I put them away and am waiting to get the Resolute Roadblock and Gung Ho to replace them.
