Re: Post your questions for the Mattel Q&A

3 part question: How many of each figure are produced for sale at Mattycollector? Are the numbers different than figures produced for mass retail? And how are the numbers decided?

Does Mattel have any plans to release characters based on live action DC television properties like Smallville, Birds of Prey, 60's Batman (or even 40's movie serial Batman!)?

^^ Oh good one, Evan! I'd love to see the classic style Batman from the forties! DC Direct has one, but DCUC is so much better articulation wise!

Will DCUC ever see the newer characters released into their toy line-up? Such as Dick Grayson Batman, Damian Wayne Robin, updated Azrael, Oberon Sexton?

Re: Post your questions for the Mattel Q&A

I've been wondering about some figures listed on MattyCollector.com. Some are listed as "out of stock" while others are listed as "sold out." Is there a difference between these listings? For example does "sold out" mean another re-issue could be made while "out of stock" means more of the figure from the same run will be available at a later date?

So to simplify my question:

Is there a difference between the "sold out" and "out of stock" listings for figures on MattyCollector.com?

Will be seeing any fiction (comic books, etc) to go along with the DC Universe vs Masters of the Universe line?

The larger Masters of the Universe figures and beasts seem to be well received at MattyCollector.com. Will we be seeing any larger figures and vehicles for the Ghostbusters line?

Re: Post your questions for the Mattel Q&A

Now that we know DCU vs MOTU Wave 1 will be arriving at Toys R Us stores in Dec, has a date been set for the release of Wave 2 in Canada?
