Agreed. Could have made this a regular release with say 3 heads and no BAF parts. But i suppose making it a 2 pack will probably make it easier to find when it gets released here due to what I'm sure will be monstrous price point at TRU.

Action Figure Haul - Sunday June 4th, 2017



Picked all these up from my local Border Store this morning. I have the newest wave of Black Series figures (Lando, Qui-Gon and Royal Guard) arriving there on Tuesday but wanted to get all of these packages off their plate before more arrived.

I'll take the second Web wing suit Spidey from that homecoming case if you don't want it. It's the only one from the wave I haven't been able to grab.

I'm in Ontario on that part of the border so it wouldn't help much. The MJ 2-Pack was picked up by a friend of mine in the USA and he sent it to my border store and I just paid him cost of the item plus shipping.

You have to cross the border to actually get the items. So I let a haul build like you saw in my post just above and pick up all at once. I'm usually paying less than Canadian prices since exchanging the USD price directly to Canadian is usually cheaper than what they officially set. Plus free shipping and no taxes.

I try to arrange my pick up with a trip for a day so I can qualify for enough tax free items. So over the years this has saved me hundreds and hundreds of dollars.

I would do some research and see what border store is near the BC-USA border that you might be able to trek to.

Star Wars Black Series 6" 40th Anniversary - Wave 2



The entire wave is set to arrive today from Amazon Canada, so far Purolator dropped off C3PO, Sand People and Stormtrooper. They arrived in perfect condition, both card and bubble. Chewbacca, Jawa and Death Squad Commander are arriving from Canada Post anytime now!

I'll update my post once the rest arrive.

Got my Chewie and Jawa in single bubble mailers where the other 4 were packed wonderfully. I have returned jawa 3 times and chewie twice and would have a third time but out of stock! SO GOOD LUCK!

Yeah I have extra orders of the Jawa, Commander and Chewie ready to go if they arrive damaged.

Jawa and Chewie are in my community mailbox but I am stuck at work until midnight, I will grab them when I head home after work. The Commander arrives tomorrow. I'm not too worried about the Jawa and Commander since they are still in stock, 2 per case and quite common, but Chewie I just have one back up of.

Let's hope for the best!

These cards/bubbles are not fun for shipping compared to a regular Black Series box, so much stress!!!
