WIP Clonewars Republic Commando Sev

Hey guys, just thought I'd share with you guys a little custom Ive been working on little by little for the past few weeks.
Clonewars version of Republic Commando Sev.

First I took Pond's helm and cut off the top, then cut some stuff off, then sculpted some stuff on.

then a little more.

I cut off Pond's neck and put it on an ARF trooper's body. then added this chest plate thing.

I've took off the belt and sculpted some stuff on,
as well as do some weathering paint work for the hell of it.

Working on the backpack..I've kept it small and simple.

Chilling beside Pond.

Thoughts? C&C are welcome :]

I wish I could say I like where this is going, but I love where this is going. Can't wait to see the finished (or a more finished) product.

Only thing I can think of to make him look a little more commando is to enlarge the shoulder and elbow pads?

Re: WIP Clonewars Republic Commando Sev

Thank you guys,
Now I need help. I just cant figure out what I can use to bulk up his shoulders... I've tried using epoxy and sculpting something on but it restricted the arm movement to the point it could only swing up and down.
I've also looked at other figures for parts but cannot seem to find a suitable one.

I am considering just leaving it as is.
any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
