yup just got mine couple days ago. I knew it was in store but couldn't find it anywhere. I was hoping it still wasn't in the back but then found the full case of 6. Grabbed one and left the rest in the proper location. I felt very relieved to finally have it. Now just need Ahsoka and I can retire lmao.

I'm afraid of hunting for one of these, plus the rest of the Clone wars figures. Do you have the UPC Code for this?

UPC = 501099375475

its gonna be rough hunting for sure especially since these are exclusives. It helps that they have, from what I can tell, 6 per store but still thats not very many considering not all Walmarts will have them and the fact that most of these are the type of figure you can have more then one of especially if you are an army builder.

To be honest I know scalpers are frowned upon but for some people its worth spending the extra $10-$30 on a figure if it means no stress and hours of hunting saved. I myself have spent more then retail on a few figures because I knew I just wouldn't have the time to track one down in the wild before they would all be gone. At the time spending the extra cash isn't ideal but having the figure in my collection and enjoying it everyday when I see them is well worth it.

I do hope Walmarts restock once their first case of 6 is gone but that may be asking for too much.

I cancelled my pre-order for this on WM US and I'm thinking I might do the same for the others, hoping to just find these in store instead. Although really this figure is so bad I might pass on it, I'll decide when I see it in person.

Stoctrack is great to see a case of 6 disappear within 30 mins of updating.

The figures looks really good to me. And they symbolizes the respect those guys had for Ahsoka and really emphasizes what an amazing character she was. Plus im planning on displaying a clone wars Ahsoka with a 332nd clone on one side of her and rex on the other. Its gonna look sick lol.

My local Walmart just put out the case of 6 today. Only went for 2 then debated about getting another.. and ended up leaving with 4. Normally I feel bad about taking more than 1 figure(especially for exclusives) and try to leave some to others but I had some cool ideas in my head for a display. Plus if I did leave more a scalper likely would have cleaned it out anyway and resold it online.

You think you have it bad. The only Walmart that is closest to me that actually has the tag on shelf shows -6.

I know the feeling. And if i grab more then one i don't want to be spotted by another collecter or have to argue with someone. Having to justify my actions isn't something i should have to do nor want to do. The thing is if your intensions are good then get as many as you want. People are allowed to buy 20 troopers if they want to. Yes it sucks for everyone else but thats the world.. some people get what they want and some don't.. If you got their first and you have the chance to take what you want then do it. There is no law that says you can't.

Im feeling the itch to grab a couple more just because i'd love to have 3 next to ahsoka and rex. Just the visual of it would look amazing. Whats another $70 right? fml.

Yeah lol that's what happened with me. Grabbed two, started visualizing some cool displays with the Ahsoka and grabbed 2 more. Honestly I'd say go for it. If you don't now it's gonna be harder down the road. Plus Clones always appreciate in value and especially even more now with these guys being WM exclusives. It's a good investment in my opinion.

Honestly, even if you only wanted 1, if you see them and can afford it I’d say buy them all and sell them at cost to fellow collectors. I’ve already seen one asshat scalper in my area with it listed for $85 on Kijiji, so better if we start buying them out so they can’t. That’s pretty much going to be my philosophy moving forward, especially when the Mandos show up.

Yeah that’s a good point. Better to grab what you can and help a few fellows out, than to let someone sell them for 60% or more in some cases.

Damn.. i wouldn't be against paying someone $10-$15 more for a figure only because its a sure thing especially ifs its already gone from all stores. The extra cost is like a finders fee type deal. Id probably save as much on gas by not going onthe hunt but $85? Thats getting a bit out of hand.. especially when its still sort of available at retail. I can understand that price once its time on the shelves is long and passed.

Damn i remember when Heavy Mando started restocking at TRU all of a sudden they started showing up for sale on FB and Kijiji and the image photo was the dude still holding the thing in his car. LMAO. what a SOB. but the idea was the they were praying on the people that didn't know they were stocked at TRU and then end up paying the scalper $20 more for it.

Attitude is certainly much different here than a few years ago when I bought 3 Mace Windu's and people wanted my head... Cause buying them 3 weeks before Christmas as 1 for me and 2 for gifts was totally unconsiable lol

Well if a scalper took the last 2 on the peg from the WM I got it from he's gonna be not too pleased. The paint QC on the helmet was just atrocious on them. Trust me you guys would have left'em there like I did.

There’s one on there right now for $100. A friend and I are contemplating making fake email accounts just to screw with these people and flood their Kijiji messages with spam. Hates the Scalpers, we do. HATES THEM PRECIOUS! Gollum, Gollum...

Well the difference is that for display purposes 2, 3, 4, 5, or 10 clones isn't unheard of. But how is displaying three maces next to each other make any sense? That's the idea.. If a saw a guy walking out with 5 vaders i'd be pissed.. but if he was walking out with 5 clones i can't say much cause some people want alot of them. I myself have 1 but im even considering getting 2 more because of how i want to display them.

Walking out with 4 clones or 4 ahsokas is very different.

LMAO.. if a fellow collector was out there and he snagged them all up and sold each one for a $5 profit on top id be ok with that.. collecting isn't cheap and if helping others helps you too then why not. Especially if by doing so you are cutting off the scalpers. But then there are people that don't even collect but stay in the know for profit reasons only and those people can burn in the pits of mordor. lmao

It’s a tricky line. If it’s a hard to find figure, it’s understandable if people are upset over someone having 3-5. Do we really need one to open, one to display and one to hide away? BUT, if it’s that persons money, then who are we to dictate how they spend anything?
I myself always army build, but I try and source from online retailers instead of in store, so people on the hunt have figures to buy. Everyone’s a little different.

I dunno.

This figure was only released 3-4 days ago and is shipping to Walmarts by the case. Most the country hasn’t even seen the product yet.

I feel like the concern is unwarranted at this time

Until you wanna make a Vader Barbershop quartet. And yes I made one...

I have a buddy who owns 3 Ahsokas cause he made them different ways... That's wrong apparently?

And I wasn't displaying 3 Mace side by side, people can use them to customize or buy for friends who can't find them, have siblings who collect or like that character... There's lots of reasons why just like how people like to army build. If one is acceptable all reasons should be acceptable, there is no difference. You don't know their intentions are so judging others because of that feels pointless and misguided.

I routinely walk out of stores with multiples of things esp rare figures and apparently if you saw that you'd be mad. I routinely do the things above and even offer them up to some groups I'm on FB with at cost... Hell I've done numerous USA runs for exclusives and come back with 15, 20 or even 25 figures. I've kept 1.

There was a Walmart North in the next town that had 6 last I checked Stocktrack a couple hours ago, now it shows 0.

Re: Star Wars Black 332nd Ahsoka’s Clone Trooper Released in Canada

I have a question about using Stocktrack.ca. Let's say I have 10 Walmarts on my area and usually when using the UPC for say the next wave of Black Series, they would list all 10 stores either limited, in stock or out of stock. Well, I tried the UPC for the Clone Trooper and they only list 4 Walmarts showing out of stock. If the other 6 Walmarts on my area are not listed, does that mean those Walmarts will not have them at all?

I like that. You are doing what you want but still being respectful of other collectors. I personally just buy 1 of a character and only select ones that I like. and im an opener so damaged boxes don't bother me so when I do buy I tend to try and take the most damaged box and leave the clean ones for the MIB collectors. I'm sure a few people out there have me to thank for mint boxes in their collection lol.

from my understanding if it doesn't show then that Walmart won't Carry it. And I find it to be very accurate. Like almost to the minute. But if it shows stock and you don't see it in the store its either hidden, somewhere else, in the back, or on the floor in a box still. For these clones my Walmart showed 6 but I spent 20minutes looking around till I found the case. Pulled one and left the rest on the shelve where they were supposed to be.

Yeah I hear ya. Thats fair enough I totally agree. There is nothin wrong with taking a bunch if you customize, or if you open, keep one MIB and then another for trades. Whatever the reason you do you But I can be upset if a see someone walk out with the whole case lol. Not enough to say something though cause really its not my place to say anything. The figures aren't mine until I buy them but Id take it as a you snooze you lose moment and move on to find it somewhere else. I think the real issue here is 6 per location.. and not even all locations. Like really? its a Walmart exclusive and you only sell 6 per store? Walmart wanted an exclusive so they could make chump change? 12 would have made more sense.. from what im seeing soon as they are In store they sell out in 1-2 days. Walmart is missing out by not putting more exclusives on the shelves.

This was my exact experience as well. And yes, if the store isn't listed, it will not be receiving the exclusives, which sucks. Only 2 out of 6 stores in my region will have them.

Considering Walmarts were only getting one Kamino clone per store at a time I was actually pleasantly surprised each got six of these lol.

Give it time. Other Walmarts will get them as well. I don't even think these have rolled out yet in American Walmarts, we are just getting something early for once so for now it's gonna be hard to track them down, but give it til the end of the month and they should start being more available. I live in a pretty collector friendly area/city. People don't generally scalp here, that's the only reason why I was able to get my troopers and I'm so thankful for that.

It would be great if that's the case, but I wouldn't bank on it. Stocking seems to be going the same as what they did with the WM exclusive 3.75" Retro ESB wave earlier this year. Only a few stores got them, and only a couple cases, without restocks. Maybe they will make more available on the website though.

Only a few stores got them, and only a couple cases, without restocks. Maybe they will make more available on the website though.

How can you say that so early? These figures have barely even hit state side yet and seemed to only hit Ontario as of now when it comes to Canada. Plus we're still in the middle of a world wide pandemic, and things are still being held up in transit. Most Walmart's will likely get these guys. The 6 inch line is a hot seller and more popular than the 3.75 line and especially the retro 3.75 line which is more of a niche thing. Plus Star Wars isn't selling like it used to and a lot of stores are still sitting on old sequel trilogy figures that they made the mistake of overstocking. So a lot of stores aren't going to be as willing to invest into getting a lot of a product that they might have to sit on again. Last year my Toysrus sat on Black Series General Greivous like 4-5 cases sitting on the shelf for months. Same with the Jedi Knight Luke WM exclusive. They had like 30 of him just peg warming at multiple WM's around this time last year too. Now my Toys'rus and Walmart's only get in the Anniversary 6 inch figures and Archive Waves. The regular Black series releases are practically non existent here now. If they do get a case it's only like one and by the time I come by it I'm lucky if there's just one figure left on the peg from the case.

Just going by Stocktrack.ca and recent history in my area. Of the 6 WM's in my region, only 2 of them have these listed as "Out of Stock". The other 4 says "Not Sold". In the past, this has meant that those stores were not slated to receive the item. They don't even have the shelf tags, while the other 2 stores do. I'm sure some areas will have a greater number of stores getting them than mine (GTA for instance).

I'll be happy to be proven wrong, but I have little faith in Hasbro and zero faith in Walmart Canada. They have given me little reason to have faith in them. In my area, only half the stores got Luke Jedi, and it was only 1, maybe 2 cases each. TRU is much better for exclusives. They usually end up getting a lot more eventually. Walmart not so much. For now, I'll be actively hunting them to try and get something before the scalpers. Because these figures are perfect scalper bait.

Maybe Hasbro will ship more. Maybe they'll get a wider release to other retailers. I could even see them maybe getting re-released in 2pks or something. Ahsoka + Trooper in one, the 2 Mandos in another. But I can just as easily see these never again seeing the light of day.

I can confirm that this is the same in my area. Maybe half of the walmarts around me show out of stock but have tags ready for them in store. The rest that don't show up on the list do not have tags in store and from my understanding will not be getting any of these figures. I don't mind only select walmarts getting them but maybe 10minimum per store would have been nice.. not everything has to sell out in 2 days.. and even if they carried 20 per store and ended up with 5 on shelves after a week i still bet within a month the rest would be gone... we aren't talking about a peg warmer here.. these are troopers.. and a new unique one at that.

I definitely see what you're saying and agree. Some stores may not even get these depending on your location and if your Walmart even bothers stocking and ordering new toys. Unfortunately the collector market just isn't very big in Canada and we're always gonna get the short end of the stick. Plus retail stores just don't seem to be willing to invest as much into toys anymore like they used to. Like even 5-6 years ago compared to now is a night and day difference when it comes to availability.

Toys just don't sell like they used to and retailers aren't wanting to invest into making sure the availability is there anymore. It's the sad and unfortunate truth. Especially here in Canada since we just don't have the buying power as our friend to the South of us nor a collector community as big as them either. In general I just find retail stores have been lacking in product for nearly 10 years now.

I'm really hating Walmart Exclusives. They are a pain to find and now I find out limited stores get them.

I never even got the ESB Retro Collection figures, because I only found out it was only at one Walmart in my area very far from me and they only had one shipment.

I’m not normally a fan of them, but so far every Walmart around me has carried this trooper. Maybe it’s just the area I’m in.

Seems like scalpers are really hitting these figures hard in my area. Looked on stock track. Shows people are buying the entire case at once. There was 2 walmart's though where someone only bought 4 and I myself bought 4. But we didn't clean the entire case out..like these guys are. So I'm pretty positive it's scalpers. Buying 6 of these guys in one go is just excessive in my opinion and I can't see anyone being able to afford to unless they are planning to resell.Really glad I got mine when I did cause these are going to be a bitch to get..
