They are up on Pulse as well, for now. Was premium only at first, but I think it's opened up now.

I never ordered from Hasbro Pulse before. Do the shipping costs include and duties that might be incurred?
Does anyone recommend buying on pulse vs taking the chance that they might be spotted in a Walmart in Canada? I personally have not seen much GI Joe retro in the last 8-9 months.

Duties are usually not included, but not every package mailed gets hit with them. YMMV. I went with Pulse because now I've got an order locked in, rather than wait and maybe see it locally. It takes the headache of hunting and checking sites too often out of the equation for me. Yes, it does cost a little more, and shipping from Pulse is never cheap, but I typically get the product in the end. Can't say I've seen much in person so far, seems to get picked up pretty quickly.
