Yeah.... it's really frustrating.
I took advantage of the free shipping on Black Friday sale and it's cool to get Doomsday to end the DCUC line.

I got shipping notice from them on Dec 24 and shipping notice for Unleashed Doomsday on first week of January. Normally it just...

Yes. It took 3 weeks last time when I ordered She-Ra. I thought it's not common. When I receive my package it says it's from Ontario. I guess that's why ground shipping takes so long, On>BC.

usually when I won something on Ebay it takes a week to arrive from the U.S. Don't get why it's taking so long.

Has anyone received their Catra orders yet? It's been 2 weeks. I'm surprised my friends form Hong Kong received their orders and I'm still waiting for mine.

I'm not a collector of MOTUC classic but I remember watching She-Ra when i was a kid so I got She-Ra and now I am getting Catra because she needs a villain.

I understand why Mattel is standing by Digital River. DR is the only service they found that provides international shipping and for that I respect that. Sometimes I really want something from Hasbro...

It's not the worst experience. I still rate ordering from Matty being the most insulting customer experience I've ever heard. They really should have better strategies instead of starting orders in...

Thanks guys. I got my She-ra today. I blame my lazy landlord for not giving me the mail slip yesterday.
I end up having to pay HST for my figures. I'll have to go to the CBSA office tomorrow to ask...

I'm still waiting for my She-ra. I got my shipping notice on June22 and normally it only takes a week receive something from US. I'm starting to get worried.

It's not as hard as everyone says it is. I got She-Ra. It might be a coincidence but I found my Internet Explorer working better than Firefox for the Matty website.
