Thanks to a report from StarwarsTF we now know that many G.I.Joe: The Rise of Cobra toys are now on clearance at Toys"R"us. The initial report comes from Ontario.

UPDATE: ROC single carded figures have been spotted at TRU for $3.47, also in Ontario, and toysrus.ca lists them for $4.99.
