For what's it's worth I have never seen them in store. Wal-mart.ca cancelled my pre-order for them last year and I have never been able to find one since. Found all the others in store fortunately but they didn't last long there either.

Unless you want to pay scalper prices, next to impossible. Was only ever able to find the Ahsoka Clones in store and had to get Ahsoka locally for slightly above retail. The Loyalist and Commando's is a pipe dream for me at this point.
