I was able to preorder these at GameStop today in store:
20th Captain America 765760
Scarlet Witch 765763
Vision 765764
No 20th Iron Man in the system as far as they could see...

It's a weird mandate. Even back in the day Mattel wasn't allowed to make Lobo in retail because the character is deemed too violent. And yet, Marvel allows companies to make a character that is pretty similar and can chop off limbs with no problem.... Wolverine

Captain America has a gun, and shoots people. Sure, they're Nazis, but still. Meanwhile, when Batman killed people in BvS, fans were freaking out. Marvel and DC are quite different in that way.

Captain America is/was a soldier in WWII, so people don't make a big deal when he kills the same way they do for Batman.
Also, people are used to the extreme "anti guns/killing" version of Batman that was shown in the Christopher Nolan movies, and that's the way he's been portrayed in modern comics too.
