Hes obsessive and has to have the last word all the time. Ive never been Gaslit so hard by anyone or as frustrated as i was

When i dealt with austin, i was so angry that i almost made the 7 hour drive to Toronto to settle the issues in person. I used to go to toronto every year until the pandemic hit but its been a while.

I only ever bought from him once. I pre orderd some Lightning collection figures that honestly the price was good enough on its own that I was willing to wait. after over 8 emails over an 8 MONTH period I finally got my figures. This was in September of 2021, but still seems like this business is run poorly.

Overall I think NMC is run by good people that got way over their heads.
Speaking of Lightning Collection, still have to check if I canceled my Black MMPR ranger.

You should be fine if you order in stock. Jts the preorders that NMC has trouble delivering sometimes and he quickly gets defensive aboot it.

I'm sorry, but if you look at the dozens of negative interactions that Austin has had with people, it's very difficult to conclude that he's a good person (compared to the average joe). He's incredibly antagonistic and gaslights the hell out of people looking for the product they paid for.

I don't agree at all with this and don't know how you could think this guy is a good guy, but meh.

@cloud: "Defensive" is hardly the term I would use. The man has a persecution complex that almost makes Amber Herd look sane.

All I can think of when reading this is...he only hits me cause he loves me.

People need to take a stand in stock or not. He treats his customers like shit therefore in stock or not he shouldn't be getting anyone's money.

Why do you have to be fair? I mean he isn't fair to damn near everyone who places an order with him.
