Voltron 40th annivesary

I've heard that the Voltron 40th anniversary from playmates were Target exclusive in the US, I wonder if will ever get them in canada and if toysrus will have them since they (most of the time) get the Target exclusive. Anyone else looking for them?

Lately, Target exclusives have been showing up at Gamestop, so keep eyes open for it there.

These look the same as the release from a few years ago I got from Amazon.com and Target on clearance except they have a 40th logo on the box ?

Or is there any die cast in these LOL ?

Same as the 2017 release.

On the topic of Voltron, has anyone picked up a vintage style Lionbot from Taiwan? They were often seen in the 80s and seemed cooler than the matchbox ones (as they had tons of shooting missiles and mouth blades). New ones are still available on ebay for around $300. I think they never really ceased production (or if so, just recently).

Yes, BBTS just got it for pre-order so there's a good chance that we will see it here. Release date is around july, august september.

I had got this for my son back in 2017. I got that box set that had all of them. Really cool toy. Of course, mine is in horrible shape now as my son played with it everyday at the time.
