My order just arrived. I hope that's a sign that they are getting better. Mattel packed my order really well.

Yes I emailed them. Waiting to hear back.

Edit: Heard back from Mattel. They offered me a $10 refund because there's no stock. I asked for $20 and got $15. Not the outcome I wanted but I guess it's something. Maybe it'll come back in stock and I can order another one.
