They will respond. I emailed them a few days ago and all they asked was for a picture of the figure with the reference number of the customer service email to be written on a piece of paper in front of it. Then they ask for your mailing address. After that they didn't respond and marked the case as "solved" so don't ask me what happens after that cause I have no idea. They did say it's supposed to ship at the end of september and will go until the end of october.
