Oh I didn't follow closely when announced, so they aren't all coloured the exact same? There is some variation?

i believe there are 3 colour variants, i remember seeing a pict, i dont really follow 3.75 tbh

It's been a few days since I placed the order and Crayola Boba Fett is still in stock. I'm almost tempted to try and order another one, but I'm afraid not only will that order be cancelled, but would they cancel the first order too because I ordered twice for this?

That's what they said they were doing for the Clone Wars figures, so it might be becoming SOP for the exclusives. You might have better luck with an instore visit closer to the shipping time, if that's an option.
At least they didn't vanish in moments like the Target ones did! Maybe demand here is different because Ebay is already saturated and demand has lessened with the higher prices?

That's not something found around these parts 
All kidding aside...you should be fine if you ordered separately they would in my mind only cancel an order if it went over and keep the others still in place.
