Re: Hasbro Power Rangers Lightning Collection Line

They are Pulse and Target exclusives. Target exclusive like Black Dino Charge rangers were available at TRU, but if you want to take your chances on TRU…

Considering they are all sold out already at Pulse, TRU may be the only chance I get.

Not to mention that Black Dino Charge ranger has at least 10 copies at the 3 or 4 TRU I went to.

Money saved. That Kimberly looks like a dude in drag. It's the enlarged chin/jaw.

The lightning face portraits are so all over the place. Even the Tommy here looks laughably bad. Surprising, considering they had some good Tommy heads to use.

For you maybe, I still want them. Civilian heads aren't something I use, they go in storage.

Also jokes about people dressing in drag aren't funny.

Ksteele, it's the lack of paint on the Dino Zord that makes it look like a cheap toy. Hasbro been cheaping on paint lately for their Power Rangers stuff. As for the Ninjetti's Kim has a Jay Leno jaw and Tommy looks like he's stoned. Even if I get these and display them with the masked heads, I still don't know if I want to pay exclusive prices. I've no idea why these couldn't have been in basic waves. They would have sold fine at regular retail. I'm getting tired of this exclusive BS.

Humor is subjective. Though I wasn't aiming for levity, moreso expressing my disappointment in Kim's man face.

Those don't really resemble..

The new ninja headsculpt looks more like Sarah Jessica Parker.

What's the point of owning something, just to put it in storage?

Especially given the prices of these figures.

I agree. Bandai was the king when it came to the zords, especially their Legacy stuff in the US. That Legacy Red Dragon Thunderzord I tracked down last year is my favorite release they've done. Hasbro has a lot of customizable and playable options with the DF Zords, but they look like kids toys. They aren't made to look good on a shelf.

For 35 bucks though, it is what it is.

Yeah I'm baffled they keep messing up AJJ's face. They did a good job on Aisha and Trini.

Regardless, it's money saved. Especially for a Canadian buyer, these exclusives would be mad overpriced.

They're available via hopes and dreams

A whole team/wave exclusive not in a box set? TRU is the assumption but idk about this one...
