The Zombie viper is part of the last wave of the 30th Anniversary figures (wave 4). Considering the last wave of POC (wave 6) was skipped, that may be the case with the Zombie Viper wave as well. Unless they bring in some kind of revision wave with him in it.

You may have gotten them before the prices changed at the store. Fellow members are seeing price hikes at various Walmarts for the different Hasbro lines.
