Every wide release sells for less eventually on Amazon or Walmart. But if you have a discount at GameStop, then maybe better to get it now and not risk it.

G.I. Joe Doc went as low as $21.97 for an hour on Amazon. Torch went to $26.99.

Not always the case with Marvel Legends, though.

Prime Days, Black Friday, other random sales. Some, not all but quite a few end up around $27 something. Retro cards have gotten as low as $25 at times - like Duke, Scarlett, Recondo, Snow Serpent, Cobra Commander, Stalker right now.

Raptor I got for $38.99. Mutt & Junkyard were close to $50 for a while.

Doc, Jinx both $27 right now.

Not all, but most can be gotten for less than Gamestop if you have the free shipping.

Yep. I managed to get the latest Legacy figures (Sniper, HALO) for around $40.

I think the last wave (Zandar, etc.) is the only wave in recent memory that has been a problem. That might have been due to the issues they mentioned earlier in the year (last year?). However even that, with the exception of Dial-Tone have gone down in price. Dial-Tone is a problem because he is sold out everywhere and there is no sign of him restocking like Zandar. Hopefully that will change soon.

The Gamestop Onyx membership makes it really easy to preorder. Whenever I say "I'll just wait for the eventual sale" I always decide to just have it on day one versus saving an additional $5 or so several months later. Maybe I need to learn patience.

I get most stuff right when it hits stores as well, but no pre orders(or very limited pre orders) for me.

But the patience option can save some dollars in the long run.

Yes there is a risk of missing out, but it doesn't bug me too much. I might be in the minority of not being driven by FOMO though.

Re: G.I. Joe Classified Series 6 inch discussion

Here is a Youtube video from someone who has done a Classified scale Conquest x-30:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dkz1sdrrYCQ

They also did a Tomahawk:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T3gg2-01wR4

Both look pretty good for 3D prints. I am surprised by the size of the Tomahawk. I thought it would be way too big to be realistically feasible for Classified. However looking at it in the video it isn't all that much bigger than the Dragonfly. It is more the bulk of it rather than the length. Now, granted, that doesn't mean it wouldn't still be big and expensive, and have to be a Haslab. However I think it could be feasible. Also I kind of like it in that blue colour.

The Conquest looks like the perfect choice for another Haslab. It is probably around the same size as the Rattler, maybe even smaller. They would probably have to go with the folding wings again to help with space, but otherwise I could see this being a Haslab offering in a couple years.

I think those videos mention the guy who did those designed the Dragonfly or Hiss for the Haslabs.
