The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Classic 2012 Basic Figures have been released in Canada. Re-releases of the figures from the 2012 Nickelodeon CGI animated series, this wave includes Shredder, Leonardo, Donatello, Michelangelo, and Raphael.

Update: This wave also includes Classic 2012 Metalhead.

They are fun figures. I had some of them the first time around. For those into this line, three or four years ago (maybe?), the European release distributed by Giochi Preziosi was showing up at in Canada at Toys Toys Toys stores, (and I feel like Dollarama as well, but I may be mistaken). Now, I think Toys Toys Toys went out of business but there may still be a few locations out there. If you're lucky, you may still find some older releases there. In the US, the Giochi Preziosi TMNT releases were apparently at Five Below, but again, that was a few years ago. Happy hunting!
