You don't. You take your receipt into your local store and they'll refund you your Edge discount.

I know what you mean. I tried to cancel a black series pick up pre order and the email specifically says to do so in store. They gave me a hard time stating the online store is a different entity but final said they would do it just this once.

That's so dumb. They act as if they can't just put the cancelled PO on shelf and sell it in store.
