ToysRus Closing Some Stores
Vaudreuil-DorionNoticed mention in Facebook groups that several ToysRus Stores are closing across the country.
Includes:
Pembina(Winnipeg)
Steeles(Toronto)
Legacy(Calgary)
Orleans(Ottawa)
London, Ontario - One of the two there apparently
Drummondville(Quebec)
Sudbury(Ontario)
Metrotown(Burnaby)
Stoney Creek(Hamilton)
Hurontario(Mississauga)
Vaudreuil-Dorion(Quebec)
Quebec City(1 store)
Mention others and I'll add them to the list.

They opened a new store in Station Square Burnaby and then recently closed the Metrotown store in Burnaby.

The share amount of closures, all at the same time, would make me think it's profit related.

Well that sucks for people in the east end of Ottawa. Now they'll have to travel to St. Laurent Shopping Mall to get to the next closest TRU.
Anyone know if they discounts have started yet?
