According to Toynewsi.com, Big Bad Toy Store has a case listing of a revision wave, which includes Black Manta.

Previously the figure was a U.S. Walmart exclusive, but it look like it may now be re-released as a general release.

Apparently, these will be released under the DC Direct label, as opposed to DC Mulitverse.

They will also be regular retail, not exclusives.

A scammy NFT is exactly what it is. So they're likely charging the same amount extra for a figure with a BAF piece, but instead you'll get a jpg file or some other vaporware garbage.
